On Wednesday, February 11, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) may review the Claim of Noncompliance with a Fundamental Precept (ADPF No. 1,183) challenging the Federal Audit Court’s (TCU) creation of the Secretariat for External Control of Consensual Resolution and Conflict Prevention (SecexConsenso).
