The First Panel of the Supreme Federal Court resumes today the trial of former President Jair Bolsonaro and seven other defendants accused of attempting a coup d’état. The trial will continue with Justice Luiz Fux’s vote. Senator Eduardo Braga (MDB–AM), rapporteur of the bill regulating the IBS Management Committee (PLP 108/24), filed his report on Tuesday night, September 9. It is expected to be read today. Congressman Carlos Zarattini (PT–MG), rapporteur of the provisional measure (MP) offering alternatives to the increase in the Tax on Financial Operations (IOF), is expected to present his report on September 16.
